Your ideas wil be encouraged, and the organisation has a track record of supporting innovation, and of customising business solutions to meet customer needs.

You're approachable, engage well with people, and build rapport readily. With significant experience working in the Occupational Health / Rehabilitation sector. Ideally you're a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor, but if you have an equivalent occupational health background, your application is encouraged.

WHY APPLY? Earning capacity and workplace flexibility are excellent, and you'll be well-supported to gain a real sense of achievement from your work. The organisation's size and structure enables it to be both nimble and innovative, and you'll be in a position to make a real difference - to really see the impact of your work. Where do you want to be in 3-5 years time? This is a key role within a progressive organisation, and you'll benefit from a tailored, structured development plan to support you in your career progression, including further study, courses and leadership development.
