We are working with a leading communications organisation that is about to embark on significant change and as such we have a minimum 1 year contract available for a highly experienced Change Lead.

The Change Lead is responsible for driving and managing critical organisational change management interventions to support business transformation and ongoing business goals and priorities. You will work closely with the transformation team, that is made up of SME's from the business to ensure that the change program, benefits and project outcomes are delivered.

You will have extensive senior change management experience in complex organisations, leading change across systems, process and people, this includes proven experience in using recognised change management methodologies and tools.
