This large values based organisation is going through an exciting time of change and as such, there is an opportunity for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the Internal Recruitment teams in both a strategic and operational focused position.
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing a sizeable recruitment team, creating process flows and implementing strategic capabilities to ensure the team has the tools to be able to perform successfully. You will work closely with the Human Resources and Employee Experience teams, ensuring the recruitment unit is in synergy with the overall People Strategy. This is both a strategic and operational focused position, therefore a strong management background (building and developing individuals, managing workload, ensuring targets are being met) and experience in implementing recruitment strategy as well as being hands on across overall recruitment requirements is all part of the position. Strong engagement and stakeholder management capabilities as well as the ability to roll up your sleeves and get hands on are required to be able to operate effectively.
