This role will see you supporting initiatives that enable growth and change while fostering the development of the business. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be providing generalist advice as the first point of contact for employees and assisting Managers with ER and grievance issues including ensuring the correct documentation. You will also assist with policy development, coordination of L&D, be supporting recruitment and running a number of other activities with the HR Team.
No two days will be the same and to be successful in this role it is essential that you have intermediate level excel and be proficient at other office tools. You will need to have a car and a valid driving licence as you may be travelling to stores in the region. You will be reimbursed for travel.

The salary range for this role is $80000 to $85000 plus 25% off product
