An outstanding opportunity exists for a Learning and Development Specialist to join a large, diverse organisation that is growing. Working as part of a team the fundamental core of the role is to ensure that a new onboarding program is built to ensure that it will be adopted effectively.

Reporting to the Head of HR Strategy you will build an enterprise wide solution. Working with the OD/L&D team and relevant stakeholders, some of your responsibilities will include developing a new onboarding program that will drive engagement, embrace diversity and provide meaningful learning experiences for the users. 

Working with an energetic, passionate team you will truly have the ability to make an impact on people engagement as well as developing your own career. A proven work history of Learning and Development is essential and a collaborative, proactive work ethic will ensure your success in this role. You will apply adult learning principles as well as creative solutions to learning.
