Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development you will be working in a collaborative team developing a people leaders toolkit which will be a Managers 101. This will incorporate online videos, eLearning and face to face - don't worry - you don't have to be an instructional designer - you need to be a leadership developer! You will be co-writing this with your team. You will also be involved in Employee Engagement, the recognition and service awards as well as the Talent Management Program and Senior Leadership forum.
It is important that you have demonstrated experience in influencing key stakeholders, developing meaningful content that speaks to a diverse group of professionals and it is imperative that you have partnered with the business to present your ideas and work. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract that will add to your cv. It would be great if you came from an organisational psychology background or an L&D professional that has moved into OD.
