This values driven organisation is about to embark on a huge change agenda and as such a need has arisen to create a new role that will focus on OD! 

Reporting to the Director Human Resources and working closely with the HR Business Partners and executive team, you will be the specialist that drives organisational development and L&D projects and processes around EVP, leadership, culture, reward and recognition, talent and attraction, engagement and diversity and inclusion that connect with the overall business strategy. You will be an abstract thinker that can translate their ideas and concepts to a broad range of people. 

Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will be able to use your expertise to drive change and enhance a wonderful organisation to better meet their stakeholders' needs and truly make a difference in the management and wellbeing of their workforce.
