This is truly one of those roles that do not come along very often.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Capability, you will be the specialist that develops organisational development projects and processes around leadership, culture, talent, reward and recognition, engagement and diversity and inclusion that connect with the overall business strategy.
This exciting, challenging role will see you continue to develop a leadership capability program from the ground up, oversee the rollout of a new capability framework, embedding messages about their new EVP, build a talent and succession planning culture and the list goes on. This is groundbreaking for this organisation and is being received with open arms.
Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will be able to use your expertise to drive change and enhance a wonderful community-based organisation to better meet their stakeholders' needs.
