Reporting to the Director Human Resources, you will be the specialist that drives organisational development and L&D projects and processes around leadership, culture, talent, reward and recognition, engagement and diversity and inclusion that connect with the overall business strategy. 

Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will be able to use your expertise to drive change and enhance a wonderful organisation to better meet their stakeholders' needs and truly make a difference in the management and wellbeing of their workforce.
