Senior Engineer required to step up into a 2iC role supporting the Branch Manager in the development of the business and manage a small team

The Role Due to a number of recent successful wins, and capitalising on their success over the last few years, the branch requires a Senior Engineer to support the Branch Manager in the development of the branch, interfacing with clients, leading an experienced and cohesive team, and delivering key roads and highways projects in the Gold Coast and QLD regions. Uniquely to this role, you will also have the opportunity to work on national projects to support the wider group, expanding your repertoire and platform. Candidate Criteria To be successful in the role, you will ideally be chartered and have a strong track record and background in design, or design management, and project delivery of roads and highways projects in QLD. Your technical skills will be supported by your good stakeholder management and communication skills. You will possess the qualities of a good leader and have experience in leading small or large teams on infrastructure projects.
