Working across some of the largest rail projects in Australia, their rail team is highly regarded and has a rare  opening for a Senior/Principal Rail Engineer or Senior/Principal Rail Project Manager to join the ranks.

The Role
Following further project wins to build upon their already healthy pipeline of rail projects, we require a Senior/Principal Rail Engineer or Senior/Principal Rail Project Manager with strong project delivery experience to support the delivery of several major rail projects in WA and interstate. You will play a key role in developing the rail Perth branch and national division, overseeing the high-quality design and project delivery the business is known for. Guiding engineers and multi-disciplinary teams, you will ensure projects are bought in on time to budget.
 
Uniquely to this role, you will have the opportunity to work on interstate projects too, expanding your repertoire and platform in the Australian rail industry. You will be supported by a talented, experienced rail team, great brand and a well-respected and united leadership team.
 
Candidate Criteria
To be successful in the role you will have a strong background in project management and design on rail track & associated civil works design projects. Your technical skills will be supported by your well-honed stakeholder management and communication skills. You will possess the qualities of a good leader and be committed to high quality delivery.
