A physiotherapist is sought to provide services to maintain and improve mobility and movement of residents of a residential aged care environment.
Physiotherapist - Residential Aged Care (Southern Highlands) flexible either full time or part time (if part time, 4 days per week), with a monthly RDO.
The environment: A friendly, collaborative, not-for-profit residential aged care operator. The facility is a medium size, with a well-equipped wellness centre and two therapy assistants. Good people, a pleasant culture and a management team who are there when you need them, but trust you as a professional to do your job. Our last two locum physiotherapists working with this client have decided to remain permanently - it's a great working environment. There's salary packaging, monthly RDO encouraged, and a significant focus around ongoing professional development.
The job: A physiotherapist is sought to provide services to maintain and improve mobility and movement of residents of a residential aged care environment through massage, exercise, aromatherapy, and pain management programs to manage comfort and improve wellbeing.
About you: You're an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with a demonstrated ability to apply clinical reasoning and professional judgment. You value the benefits of working within a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience working with the aged and knowledge of ACFI will be highly regarded but is not essential as excellent onboarding and training are provided.

The salary range for this role is $70000 to $90000 plus + salary packaging available
