We are searching for a new senior P&C leader for a not for profit organisation that does valuable work that helps to protect vulnerable people in the community. This position exists to provide strategic and operational support in all matters relating to people functions.
 
Working closely with and in support of the Chief Executive, Executive team, Leadership Group and Management Team your team will make a positive impact on the people that work across the organisation. Your role will be to lead the P&C function in the areas of leadership development, delivering the People and Culture strategy across the employee lifecycle and leading organisational change and culture.
 
With experience across all facets of HR including IR, OD and change you will be a leader that brings teams together and inspires confidence in leaders to have the right conversations to develop their people.
