This organisation has a long history supporting Australia's vulnerable - with a large footprint and plans to keep growing they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to manage their HRBP team.

Reporting to the GM HR operations, you will work very closely with leaders to provide generalist support that will affect a blue and white collar workforce in a fast-paced, and diverse environment. The organisation has been through change and growth and as such the leaders are continuously developing and as such the HR team are developing capability. This is a varied role where you will be involved in providing Human Resources support and advice as well as working on HR projects.

You will be prioritising workload and cases to ensure the Business Partners are supporting the leaders with ER and IR matters. With tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience working as an ER focussed  Business Partner, you will have a supportive leader, be able to build strong relationships and be able to communicate with impact to negotiate outcomes to best support the business. The ability to engage, coach and advise your team and Leaders are key to the success of this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. This role would suit someone that has been a HR Manager in a smaller organisation or a team leader in a larger one.
