This values based organisation has a strong focus on its community. On the verge of more growth, a need has arisen for a seasoned Shared Services leader that can manage a team to deliver Employee Experiences that match their business objectives and cultural direction to a large employee base.
Reporting to the Head of People and Systems, you will contribute to the development of their workforce and people capability development strategy. You will then drive that strategy through the organisation through effective partnerships with leaders and effective management of the employee experience team. The systems and processes are in top shape so the next opportunities to tackle are continuous improvement and value add programs that will keep them the leader in their field. You will have IR/ER, Talent Acquisition, Employee Services including the administration of the HRIS, Payroll and Generalist HR practitioners looking to you for guidance and support. The team is motivated and there are exciting programs of work in the pipeline for next year. With up to 7 direct reports, your overall team consists of 80.
Your coaching skills will contribute greatly to this role and this rewarding role will impact many people. This is a great opportunity that will suit someone that has the ability to work collaboratively, is able to inspire, coach and develop others whilst managing change, and lead projects with confidence. You will have gained your experience in large complex business and you will be able to confidently lead a group of specialists along with partnering and collaborating with others to achieve results.
