After change, a need has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner that can help build capability in a newly created HR Business Partner position with a focus on employee and industrial relations.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager and working within a supportive HR team, you will partner with your client group and key stakeholders across a blue and white collar workforce. You will be responsible for providing end to end generalist support in an operational and strategic capacity. Initially there will be a focus on employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management and coaching and building capabilities. Moving forward, you will have the opportunity to work across and drive HR projects which will include; succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. To execute this you will work closely with the HR and L&D teams.
This is a great opportunity that will suit someone who is an experienced HR professional with experience working in an unionised environment that is looking to be the SME in ER/IR, whilst looking to widen your scope to include more strategic OD pieces in a Business Partnering capacity.
