A need has arisen for an experienced Human Resources professional that can help build capability and drive change in a growing and evolving environment.
Reporting to an impressive HR Leader and working with a great team, you will partner with managers and key stakeholders across a blue and white-collar workforce. You will be responsible for providing end to end generalist support in an operational and strategic capacity. Initially, there will be a focus on organisational design and change that will set the business up for growth. You will also support Managers in Managing performance, coaching and building capabilities. Moving forward, you will have the opportunity to work across and drive HR projects which will include; succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. To execute this you will work closely with the HR Leader.
