Reporting to the HR Business Manager, you will work across a workforce, supporting Operational portfolios and working closely with Regional Managers.
Partnering with your key stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing strategic support across employee relations, performance management, training and development, and executing HR initiatives across your client group.
You will be dealing with the leaders of your area, not the frontline. Experience working in human services would be advantageous; alternatively, hospitality or any other fast-paced environment. This is a true Business Partner role and requires influencing and resilience to ensure you make an impact; you will be ready to lift your experience into a strategic capacity.
