This organisation boasts an enviable position in their industry and has recently won an award for being a forward thinking organisation that puts it's people first. They are experiencing growth and now is the time to bring on a Human Resources Business Partner that can work closely with the business to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be a collaborative Business Partner that can develop and deliver Human Resources strategy and solutions that will ensure that business objectives are met. Partnering with Senior Leaders you will drive Human Resources projects and manage employee relations and people objectives that support the business strategy. This role will also coach and develop managers to improve Manager equality to drive organisational effectiveness and the delivery of plans to support business growth. They have a number of cool, progressive and innovative projects due to happen this year!
An integral part of this role is the ability to think laterally and deliver a strong message to the business that supports career growth. Your experience will translate well to a projects based environment with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people. Tertiary qualifications Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Management are preferred.
