Working in a supportive HR team, reporting into the Head Of Human Resources, this role will see you supporting initiatives that enable growth and change while fostering the development of the business. Partnering and supporting your client group of 250, you will be responsible for all HR activities and HR projects. This is not a heavy ER focused position, time will be spent rather on partnering with key stakeholders around initiatives, advising on HR best practice and being the HR SME. There is slight union involvement and the ability to partner with the Head of HR through an EA negotiation is available.
No two days will be the same and to be successful in this role it is essential that you have a valid driving licence as you will be travelling locally to their other locations.
This is a 14 month fixed term Maternity contract.
