Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas:
This role is focused on day-to-day operations- hands-on business partnering with Managers across the business, providing HR guidance and support in day-to-day operations, coaching, and performance management. There will be a focus on employee & industrial relations, performance management, and building capabilities. You will do this through facilitating workshops, day-to-day coaching with key leaders, and driving continuous improvement projects.
This role is a good mix of HR operations (ER/PM), HR projects- change/ transformation and partnering- working with key managers, coaching, developing, and building capability.
