About the role
The responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include general and operational HR support, engagement and communication, problem solving, presentations, and projects around reward strategies and gender equity. This role will partner with and advise the SLT around these objectives, whilst supporting the CPO and HR Director.
This role is suited to a flexible, responsive, and agile HR Business Partner who can pivot and refocus on shifting priorities as they arise, while keeping BAU tasks ticking along. You will be confident and engaging in your approach, and ideally have worked in a role where you have supported a similar client group at a senior leadership level.
