Are you a true HR Generalist with a passion for employee experience, talent attraction, and some PM/ER work? Do you love running annual engagement surveys and supporting managers to attract, engage and retain their employees?
Form part of a small HR team as the 2IC to the HR Director in an evenly spread HR role that is both operational and strategic.
You will get the chance to partner with the business, working across HR operations and strategy. This is a Small to Medium-sized organisation, a well known retail organisation that has grown through acquisition so think: Well known brand, engaged workforce but also the challenge of retail, great HR leader, training and development, supporting managers and recruitment- this will need to be a passion as there is work to be done around driving employer branding, supporting managers around what best practice recruitment looks like and taking Talent acquisition to the next level.
Experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys being hands on whilst working on projects and being the 2IC to the Head of Human Resources. You have strong partnering skills and are looking to grow your experience in a busy but less reactive environment (low ER/PM) where you can step up and get involved in operations as well as strategy.
