Reporting to one of the Heads of HR and forming part of the wider HR team, this role would suit a self-starter looking to grow their HR career. Your day will be filled with variety, from pulling reports, answering employee queries, and triaging situations. You will have the opportunity to create and streamline processes and work across various systems. This will require you to respond in a timely manner, suggesting improvements and maintaining accurate HR information.

Located in the Hills district, you will be working closely with the HR Business Partners and be out on-site with them for training and coaching, giving you the tools and experience to grow. You will be developed, and there is career progression into an HR generalist role down the line.
Salary - $70 - $80k base plus super plus salary packaging options
