A great opportunity exists for an experienced HR leader to drive culture and engagement through a leading media organisation.
This media organisation has been through some major change and is now looking for a pragmatic HR leader to drive culture and engagement through collaboration and development of capabilities within their own team and the wider business.
Reporting to the CEO you will lead a small Human Resources team. You will lead, collaborate and consult with the business to manage the people side of work practice change including delivering change management strategies and solutions, identifying development needs and providing employee relations advice.
This is a hands on role which requires effective and timely complex case management in accordance with relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employment legislation and associated policies and guidelines. You will provide quality advice to the CEO and be able to back up your proposals with data and evidence.
You will have managed and developed teams previously and you will have a strong background in Generalist HR. Your ability to lead, coach, guide and influence senior managers in a fast paced environment with competing demands will be the key to your success in this role.
