This iconic Australian organisation is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to complement their changing HR team.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role will work very closely with their business unit in providing generalist support to a workforce in a fast-paced, creative and diverse environment. This is a varied position where you will be involved in providing Human Resources support and advice as well as working on HR projects.
With tertiary qualifications in a related field and experience working with EBA's, you will be able to support the P&C leader during EBA negotiations, hold your own with performance management coaching and be able to build strong relationships to best support the business.
