Human Resources Business Partner

A great opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resources leader to drive performance, growth and engagement.

This organisation enjoys a great market presence and is looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to drive performance, growth and engagement through collaboration and development of capabilities within the teams they will partner with and the wider business.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources you will partner with key Managers in the business. You will lead collaboration and strategic performance plans with the business to drive growth and development of talent. You will also develop people strategies that align with the business goals and growth targets. Your deep understanding of people development will enable you to coach and guide the Managers in relation to their people.

You will have managed teams before and you will have a strong background in Generalist HR. Your ability to lead, coach, guide and influence senior managers in a fast paced environment with competing demands will be the key to your success in this role.
