The Opportunity
As a pivotal member of the in-house Legal Counsel team, you'll leverage your expertise in Employee & Industrial Relations to:
Provide strategic legal counsel on Fair Work Act, workplace legislation, awards, and agreements.
Manage industrial disputes, employee grievances, and representation at Fair Work
Support contract development, policy review, and IR-related procedures.
Assist in enterprise agreement negotiations and advise on performance management.
Deliver tailored training programs to leaders and the People & Culture team.
Who We're Looking For
This role is perfect for an experienced (Senior) Legal Counsel OR Employee and Industrial Relations expert with a passion for IR & ER. We don't care about the title, we do care about the Legal quals and the right level of experience needed to perform successfully in this role.
