Learning and Development Manager
This is a temporary contract role for a motivated Learning and Development Manager to join this organisation with D&I at the centre of its values.

Reporting to the GM of People and Culture, you will develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement in ongoing professional development, enhancing the Learning Culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensuring that the workforce meets their goals for their learning plan.
Making a difference in people's lives, you will be developing L&D strategic plans, designing and implementing L&D solutions, analysing skill gaps, managing L&D programs, introducing future-focused learning solutions, developing a Quality Assurance Framework, implementing performance criteria, providing L&D guidance, develop L&D policies, just to name a few.
