Reporting to the Organisational Enablement team leader, you will be the specialist that drives organisational development projects and processes around leadership, culture, talent, reward and recognition, engagement, diversity and inclusion and mental health and wellbeing that connect with the overall business strategy.
This role will see you design and build a new assessment and capability to enhance career pathways for their people - I know right - such a great project to start with. This awesome team has built a new leadership capability program from the ground up, rolled out a new capability framework, designed and run brand new values workshops, embedded messages about their new EVP, talent and succession planning and the list goes on. Next year will also see a huge focus on wellbeing and mental health in the workplace, this is groundbreaking for this organisation and is being received with open arms.
Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will have a strong analytical mind with the ability to truly partner with the business. With tertiary qualifications, you will be ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact. Would be amazing if you had an Organisational Psychology background. Office based in Parramatta - 2- 3 days in the office and the rest working from home.
