Payroll Systems Specialist/Analyst

Purpose of the role
This newly created, immediately available position has been identified as a crucial position in the business, and as such you will be a highly valued member of the Payroll team. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data and compliance across multiple Enterprise Agreements, as well as assisting in the execution of the transformation of their payroll systems which includes SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos. This role will suit an individual who is analytical and process driven, loves dissecting systems, and has expertise in Payroll processes and EA interpretation.

Based in the Sydney City Head Office when required, the following demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience are imperative in the success of this role:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Payroll processing, end to end payroll processing experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
• In-depth knowledge and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and applying this knowledge to identify and resolve payroll issues to ensure accurate payments and system integrity
• Excellent hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos (highly advantageous) analysing payroll processes, identifying areas of improvement, and configuring of the systems to align with strategic business objectives
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated success working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or Human Resources.
