This infrastructure organisation seeks a driven People and Culture Advisor to support our growing blue-collar team. This is your chance to shape HR processes, enhance recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance across our diverse NSW locations.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will champion our blue-collar workforce by establishing robust frameworks and systems that streamline their day-to-day experience. This includes crafting a compelling career page and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent in the blue-collar sector. You will also refine our recruitment systems to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Additionally, working with the head of People and Culture you will help to develop clear policies and procedures to maintain compliance with insurance, qualifications, visas, licenses, and other crucial regulations specific to their technical roles. Lastly, you will create a smooth and informative onboarding process to ensure new employees are fully equipped and compliant from day one.
