Grow your experience in ER and HR Advisory support across a large organisation with locations across Australia

Reporting to an inclusive HR Manager, you will provide advice on awards and ER issues, track trends and analyse where and how you can be more proactive to enable leaders at this organisation to be confident HR operators across ER matters. This role will coach, facilitate, develop and embed improvements into inductions, onboarding, and continuous learning across ER and HR matters.
An analytical and curious mindset would be a very valuable asset for this role along with the ability to work autonomously. You will have a high level of emotional intelligence that supports feedback and continuous improvement.
This role can be based remotely, and experience providing ER support is a must.
