This is an established desk ready to be taken over by a motivated and driven recruitment consultant who will enjoy being busy and making regular perm and contract placements.

We are considered in our approach and work hard to ensure the ideal alignment for both our candidates and clients.

Suited to:
- Someone with experience in; end-to-end recruitment, candidate pipelining, executive search (advantageous), LinkedIn recruiter and Jobadder ATS (advantageous), and temp recruitment (advantageous).
- This is a high-touch environment, with a big focus on candidate relationships.
- Someone who enjoys working autonomously (in a close-knit team).
- We’re looking for ideas- we love input and are open to ideas and suggestions. Think we could do something better? Great, let’s unpack that and see if it’s viable.
- Someone who is process driven, you will spend time on and in the database, talent pooling, updating candidate files.
- Someone who is motivated to grow an already successful recruitment desk.
