Reporting to the HR Operations Manager and working within a supportive HR team, you will work across a blue and white collar workforce.
Partnering with your key stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing end to end generalist support across; employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment and talent management and executing HR projects across your client group which will include; succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. To execute this you will work closely with the HR and L&D teams.
This is a great opportunity that will suit someone who is looking to take on more and step up into a HR Business Partner position. Ideally you have some solid employee relations and performance management experience and are looking to widen this to include more strategic OD pieces in a Business Partnering capacity.
Work with some impressive HR leaders and be mentored and developed.
Local travel required- own vehicle needed.
