A newly created opportunity for a Senior HR Professional looking to round out their HR experience.

OPPORTUNITY
This opportunity will ensure you have a superior understanding and working knowledge of Employee & Industrial relations in a unionised environment.

Working in a sizeable HR team, you will partner with the business in managing Performance and Employee & Industrial relations matters with the support of ER and legal teams. The types of matters will be varied and will include; Investigations, disciplinary/grievance meetings, bullying/harassment, and performance-related matters. Naturally, you will enjoy dealing with complex matters and will be a critical thinker.
  
The next step from this position is into the HR Business Partnering team, where you will focus on strategic HR and OD or move into the specialist ER/IR teams.
    
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you’re an experienced HRBP or Senior HR Advisor who enjoys Employee & Industrial Relations and are looking to develop in this area further. You have worked in an unionised environment and have end-to-end case management experience. OR you have a Legal/IR background and are looking to move into Human Resources whilst still being able to be an SME and enjoy what you do.
