Senior HR Advisor

Hands-on, generalist role. Strong experience in volume case/performance management supporting a large client group will stand you in good stead.


This organisation is driven by its purpose and have been experiencing growth and change. As it grows, a need has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor that can support Managers to be their best.

Reporting to a supportive Senior HR Business Partner who will coach you as you develop in your career, you will work across a workforce that supports their customers. Partnering with your key stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing end to end generalist support across; employee relations, performance management, training and development, and the execution of HR initiatives across your client group. 

You will work with a manager who will elevate your experience so that you will gain the traction you need to be an impactful Business Partner. You will work with stakeholders who will rely on your advice, so you will be a confident HR Advisor with at least 2 years experience under your belt in a complex environment. In addition, you will be looking for a challenge and you will be comfortable travelling to different locations in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity that will suit a Senior HR Advisor who is looking to add value in an autonomous position in a supportive HR team that is currently embedding a new structure. Ideally, you have some experience working in a fast paced environment and looking to widen this to include more strategic pieces in a Business Partnering capacity.
