This Global Healthcare business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for an autonomous, hands-on position, reporting to the HRD within a small HR team.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with your white-collar client group and have the ability to work across HR operations and strategy, with a focus on building capability as well as play an integral role in supporting BAU activities across the business.
The Position
As the HR Business Partner in a small HR team, you will partner with a client group of 160 employees, predominately sitting in Sales and Marketing across ANZ. You will partner with key BU Manager’s to build engagement, capability and drive performance. This will be through creating individual performance plans, having one on ones, coaching, and supporting the business operationally as well as strategically.
Partnering with your key stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing end to end generalist support across; workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, OD, training and development, talent management, succession planning and executing HR projects across your client group which will include; succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
There will be some admin - from generating contracts, general letters, approvals, hiring requests etc. There are templates and processes in place but you need to be efficient in getting through the more reactive pieces to then work on the more strategic pieces.
You will be working with intelligent, impressive individuals who are passionate and SME's in their chosen fields. They have high expectations, but are also reasonable and are looking for a true Business Partner relationship- the ability to influence and get involved in strategy and projects with a seat at the table is there. You will report to a supportive HRD who develops and invests in their team- opening up opportunities to work on global projects. You will be a solutions focussed professional with a proactive approach.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary along with strong engagement and stakeholder management skills.
