Reporting to a Heads of HR, you will work across a workforce, supporting portfolios and working closely with Regional Managers. Partnering with your key stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support across employee relations, performance matters, coaching, advice, as well as reporting and analysis.
You will be partnering with the leaders of your area. Experience working in human services or hospitality industries or any other fast-paced environment would help you to make an impact in this role. This is a true Business Partner position and requires influencing and resilience to ensure you support the business in its objectives; you will be ready to lift your experience into a strategic capacity.
This is a great opportunity that will suit an HR Business Partner who is looking to add value in an autonomous position in a supportive HR team. Your region spans North Western Sydney including Gordon, The Ponds to Penrith areas.
