This progressive, established and well-respected professional services firm is experiencing growth and as such are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive outcomes that will support its growth.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be working in a driven team that will support your work to acquire senior talent across the business in Victoria which is critical to their success. You will be able to create innovative ways to recruit and engage with your talent pool, and work with and upskill Managers with interview techniques. You will need to be a lateral, strategic thinker with the ability to map and engage with your market. This is not a reactive role - you will have the opportunity to be involved in yearly planning to understand what your scope of work will be.
You will need to be able to adapt and change quite quickly and have recruitment experience gained in engineering, construction or architecture under your belt to stand you in good stead with the key stakeholders and hiring Managers. This would be an amazing opportunity for someone looking to work with a professional, smart cohort of specialists!
