Join a dynamic and growing business in a newly created Talent Acquisition Coordinator position and form part of a supportive Talent & HR team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all elements of the recruitment life cycle, from advertising of positions to onboarding of employees. Responsibilities will include; posting adverts, reviewing CV’s, screening candidates, conducting interviews, liaising with internal stakeholders, onboarding, and conducting reference/background checks.
SUITED TO
This will suit someone with 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, you will have strong attention to detail and strong communication skills both verbal and written. You are looking to grow and develop- this position has career development opportunities with the TA team or the wider HR team. This is a busy position where you will have multiple priorities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key to the success of this position.
