Reporting to the Head of Talent, this is a newly created role for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with demonstrated expertise in managing projects, building recruitment channels, and working with marketing functions of the business to build campaigns across social media and other channels. This role is suited to an inspiring leader who can coach, lead, develop and lift the capability of a dedicated team of passionate recruiters.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- A background in a mid to large organisation
- A deep understanding of volume recruitment
- Exceptional knowledge of working in an organisation with regulatory compliance requirements
- It is essential that you have worked in or have a deep understanding of multi-site environments
