You, as the dedicated Talent Business Partner, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the workforce, contributing significantly to the growth and success of this business.

Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with senior managers, coaching a geographically dispersed team, strategic sourcing, creating Position Descriptions, and creating and partnering with dedicated new sourcing channels.

Qualifications and Skills

This opportunity will allow you to be part of a strong, cohesive team with a passion for making a difference. You'll partner with hiring managers, create position descriptions, and support various projects, such as looking at partnering with direct sources or channels for pipeline candidates, process improvements, and coaching and training hiring managers' capability.
  
You will have proven experience as a Business Partner focusing on talent acquisition, relationship-building skills, sourcing and pipelining for hard to fill roles and hiring manager upskilling. The ability to analyse metrics, familiarity with senior-level role screening, and form your current skill set and capabilities.
