About the role
The role of the HRBP is to support various client groups across several communities across NSW. Building trusted relationships is essential from the beginning in this role in order to understand the opportunities, challenges and complexities unique to each client group, and to engage with the stakeholders to identify and work through solutions and deliver outcomes. There is a big focus on capability building across the business, and this role will be involved in the identification of opportunities to develop people, as well as day to day HR activities and projects.
Supported by centres of excellence across the HR function, this role will rely on their expertise as an HR Generalist to provide trusted guidance to their stakeholders, whilst leveraging on the Centres of Excellence to provide specific resources.
