About the role
You will not be bored in this role as you will be an integral part of developing, designing, curating, evaluating and delivering new and existing online and face to face learning material and programs that will have a direct impact on this organisations members (or clients). This role will see you partner with SME's across each department of this organisation, including working with leaders to develop their leadership skills and capabilities, working with these SME's to create and deliver your specialised learning and training content. This role requires credibility and rapport to be built with these SME's, investing time to understand their business to ensure when its time to put your creative hat on, you are delivering material and programs that will engage end users and produce the desired business outcomes. This role will also require an analytical and continuous improvement focused L&D professional, who isn't afraid and embraces the value of feedback data and analysis to tweak and improve content to ensure it is relevant and responding to identified changes to be made.
About you
You ask questions: You know that the best people to collaborate with are the experts, so you actively collaborate and partner with your colleagues to turn their advice into engaging content that result in enhanced people performance and business outcomes.
You can train trainers to deliver content and you are an inviting and inspiring trainer too.
You embrace the continuous evolution of AI and how it can assist in the development of the learning content you create for teams from customer service, sales, and leaders.
You thrive in environments going through technological change, and can respond effectively and efficiently through the provision of learning and training material that will assist in easing the business through managing their responsibilities through this change.
And...
* You are tertiary qualified and have completed the relevant Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
* You may come from an organisation where there was an emphasis on delivering learning and training programs for business development or sales teams in a corporate business environment.
Salary: Up to $130k + super, commensurate to experience and alignment with the role requirements.
