Reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture you will be working in a driven team that will support your work to acquire talent across the business that is critical to their success. You will be able to create innovative ways to recruit and engage with your talent pool, work with and upskill Managers with interview techniques and share ideas and collaborate with a compassionate business.
You will need to be able to adapt and change quite quickly and have volume recruitment experience along with some people management under your belt to stand you in good stead with the key stakeholders and hiring Managers. This would be an amazing opportunity for a recruiter looking to expand into a more strategic role.
