Candidate Resourcing Specialist
Seeking a fast paced and enthusiastic Candidate Resource Specialist to join this large NFP on a 6 month contact, with an immediate start.

The Opportunity:
Work with the Australia NFP in a Temp capacity (38 hours pw), starting immediately. Remote working options available for temping. 6 month role and potential for permanency (which is based in the Northern Beaches ongoing).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone and manage candidate expectations
- Use company ATS and document/ log calls accurately
- Qualify or reject candidates based on screening feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails- high volume screening
About you:
- Experience resourcing candidates a must
- Available immediately or on short notice
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
The ideal candidate will be comfortable screening new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questioning.
