This is an autonomous, hands-on, key contributor position, a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Professional looking to focus on Head Office corporate recruitment.

Working within a team of Talent Specialists, you will be responsible for building relationships with your key stakeholders and being the SME in your field. 

You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment function, this will involve; stakeholder management, providing support to managers, taking job briefs, advertising, talent pipelining, driving external recruitment marketing campaigns, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, processing background checks, testing and managing the on-boarding process.

You will focus on talent pipelining, headhunting and transactional recruitment. You work closely with your key stakeholders, understanding their business divisions and will be able to provide sound advice around the candidate market.
This position involves rolling up your sleeves, coming up with ideas around uncovering talent and building and forging strong relationships with your stakeholders who are experts in their fields. You need to be able to work at a fast pace and juggle many priorities at once.

You will have the ability to manage multiple vacancies whilst providing support to managers is key to the success of this position.
