Our client has a rare opening in their team for an Experienced Bridge Engineer to join their thriving Structures team to support the delivery of their extensive portfolio of landmark infrastructure projects. This business has grown from strength to strength over the years being recognised as one of the leaders in bridge design projects in Australia. 
  
The Role 
Based in Brisbane, and working as part of a highly regarded and award-winning team, you will be involved in all aspects of the design phase from concept to detailed design, and provide technical expertise and analysis to support the delivery of landmark bridge projects in QLD and interstate.

About You
As an Experienced Engineer you will already have at least 5 years’ experience on bridge projects, from an engineering consultancy involved in the design and project delivery of bridge projects to Australian standards. You will now be positioning yourself to take your career to the next level by joining a business that is truly committed to developing their experienced engineers through mentorship partnerships, internal and external training courses, exposure to larger projects and training under the wing of some of the best Bridge/Structural Engineers in the business. With such a healthy pipeline of work this role will give you both the stability and variety of projects you need to further expand your professional repertoire.
  
Candidate Criteria
To be considered you will:

• Need at least 5 years of experience working on bridge design projects within a consulting environment to Australian standards
• Have a passion for bridge or structural engineering
• Have good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Be able to work well in teams
