Join this SME values-based growing business as the stand alone HR Business Partner (with HR admin support) and build upon an implemented HR framework and people practices.
As the HR Business Partner, you will report to the CEO and have 1 direct report, you will work across the business, including with the operations teams and senior management team in both an operational and strategic focused position. You will work with the business to understand current and future growth requirements. You will support the business in day to day HR operations as well as drive HR projects and build upon the existing HR strategy.
This position will suit a stand alone HR professional OR a HR Business Partner looking to step up and work with the CEO.
Ideally you will have experience negotiation EA’s (not mandatory) and ideally have systems implementation experience. You will be confident in liaising and advising with senior management and be happy to roll up your sleeves and get hands on.
There are plans to grow, therefore the position and HR function over a 2-5 year period will evolve to support this growth.
This is a hands on position, from setting the HR agenda, negotiating EA’s to managing performance and delivering training.
