On a day to day basis, you will be partnering with your key business groups, providing HR advice around employment and industrial relations, award interpretation, advising on remuneration and benefits and managing performance related matters. You will also be involved in HR transformational projects, talent acquisition and workers compensation case management.
This is a people-focused position, strong partnering skills and the ability to forge solid trustworthy relationships is fundamental to the success of this role.
