Reporting to the Capability and Engagement Manager, you will also work closely with the Manager of People and Culture and members of the P&C team to support them with their HR requirements and provide assistance on a range of strategic and operational human resources functions.
You will be providing support on a day to day HR operations including on-boarding, learning and development, recognition programs, performance management, recruitment and general HR administration. You will also get involved in the development of new policies and procedures as well as reviewing and maintaining existing policies and procedures on a schedule and as-needed basis, ensuring all employee records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner. You'll also be updating the People and Culture intranet page and providing support for WHS and Workers Comp administration.
