Reporting to the GM of Human Resources, you will work very closely with key leaders to provide generalist HR support in a dynamic environment. You will also be responsible for providing business partnership support and driving improvement projects across the business but with a primary focus on a new Enterprise Agreement. It is imperative you have experience with IR, in particular, the negotiation of EA's whilst maintaining good relationships with unions. With experience working as a Business Partner, you will be advising on best practice employee relations, be able to build strong relationships, and be able to communicate with impact to negotiate outcomes to best support the business. The ability to engage, coach, and advise Leaders are key to the success of this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, growing, and changing environment.
