In this newly created role, the HR Manager will work with the senior management team in both an operational and strategic focused position. Initially, you will implement the HR framework and embed HR best practice, working with the business to understand current and future requirements. You will create the People Strategy, in line with the overall business strategy and support the business in the day to day HR, along with the support of an HR coordinator. With an already strong culture and positive direction, there will also be a focus on talent growth and succession.
This position will suit a Human Resources Business Partner that is hungry for growth in themselves and others. You will set up the HR function in a supportive, forward-thinking commercial business. You will have experience working with a number of key stakeholders and ideally have systems implementation experience as there may be a need for change in the future.
