A need has arisen for an experienced Human Resources professional that can help build capability in a newly created HR Business Partner position with a focus on managing day to day HR, building capability and driving change in a growing and evolving environment.
Reporting to an impressive HR Leader and working within a business, you will partner with managers and key stakeholders across a blue and white-collar workforce. You will be responsible for providing end to end generalist support in an operational and strategic capacity. Initially, there will be a focus on employee relations and performance, coaching and building capabilities. Moving forward, you will have the opportunity to work across and drive HR projects which will include; succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. To execute this you will work closely with the HR Leader.
This is a great opportunity that will suit someone who is an experienced HR professional with experience working in changing and unstructured environment that is looking to move away from a reactive focus to bring their skill set to an environment that is going through change.
Based predominantly in Eastern Creek at their largest site.
