As the Human Resources Manager, you will have both an operational and strategic focus, working with key stakeholders across the business. Providing sound HR advice, you will partner with the business on the day-to-day and lead a variety of projects including; streamlining of processes, OD projects with a growth focus, high performance, and building capability.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager who enjoys a varied workload, with a good mix of partnering and HR projects.
You will be experienced in working with executive level stakeholders and be able to develop strong influential relationships. This is not a heavy employee relations or performance management focused position. It is more geared around strategy (whilst being hands on) and being a trusted advisor, implementing new systems, structure and supporting the organisation through change in a high touch environment as the Australian region continues to grow and excel.
To be able to hit the ground running you possess a solid breadth of HR generalist experience, ideally coming from a Banking & Finance, PS, compliance-driven industry. You are confident and capable of partnering with senior executives and you're the type of person who takes initiative, coming up with solutions and driving them through to completion.
Work in a close-knit HR team with a supportive manager looking for a 2IC to step up. You will have the ability to contribute to HR operations and strategy for a leading global banking institution who invest in their people.
