Senior HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working in a well-structured, supportive HR team, the HR Business Partner works closely with their white-collar, corporate client group (150) in both a strategic and operational capacity.

In a well spread HR role, with a focus on proactive HR projects, you will be working across; development & succession planning, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, talent and performance, WFP, HR projects including engagement and OD. You will partner closely with your client group, understanding the business and individual needs of the team, delivering exceptional support & guidance to leaders and employees to identify opportunities, trends, and providing solutions to proactively drive the business forward.
