We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent Acquisition Team Leader (ready to step up) to get hands-on in operational and strategic focused position.
Based on Sydney’s North Shore, this values and employee-focused organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for a 12-month maternity leave contract. You will be leading the Talent Acquisition Team in a rapidly expanding organisation as they cement their talent function and systems. This role will see you partnering, both operationally and strategically, working with your key stakeholders, overseeing a capable team, and recruiting a low number of executive level positions when required.
Working within a close knit Talent Team, you will manage escalations when required, lead and execute the already created recruitment strategy, get involved in recruitment campaigns, branding and liaise with marketing teams. You will need to have advanced stakeholder management capabilities, working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders as the Talent expert, across the day to day and Projects.
An experienced Talent Manager or Team Leader. You will need in-house experience to be able to hit the ground running, navigating internal processes, stakeholders, and managing external relationships.
