Perfect opportunity for an experienced commercial Senior Talent Specialist looking to join a market leading, Global organisation in a permanent position- due to an internal promotion.
Working in a well-structured, supportive team, the Senior Talent Specialist is responsible for end to end recruitment for the Sales division. Working closely with your key stakeholders, you will have both a strategic and operational focus, responsible for transactional recruitment, as well as strategic recruitment practices- building talent pipelines, building relationships with external industry associations and external recruitment providers.
You will have a hunter mentality, foster strong relationships and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders in a fast paced environment that puts talent first. You will have strong attention to detail and be experienced in running psychometric testing.
To be able to perform in this position successfully you will have several years experience in either agency or internal recruitment. Ideally you have experience in recruiting across Medical Sales- although not mandatory. You are proactive, a self-starter, you see the value in what a great Talent function can deliver and you are able to work to timelines, managing a variety of stakeholders. Bachelors degree mandatory.
