Training Facilitator

The Reputable RTO in the NFP field is seeking a capable Trainer to lead and deliver on key programs focusing on care services.

Cert IV in Care services, Cert IV in Trainer and Assessor
Northern Beaches or Ryde Location, with driving required
$100k (pkg)

The Opportunity:

Sitting within an RTO setting as part of a corporate Non-Profit Org you will work with a team of around 20 Trainers delivering a variety of programs and courses. This oragnisation is growing year on year and has a warm, professional and high performing culture. Parking available on sites. There is a lot of upcoming change and avenues for career development in this established firm. Evolve with the business and have the opportunity to take ownership of your role. This is a full time and permanent opportunity however there are vacancies for casuals if that suits candidate requirements better.

The Role:

This role oversees the development, coordination and delivery of a range of training and development programs, including Nationally Recognised Training, online learning modules and specialised face to face courses, for both internal and external customers. The role develops and conducts quality assessments and mentors participants through the learning process. The Facilitator operates within a continuous improvement framework to deliver quality training and development programs that ensure the organisation maintains its position as an industry leader.

You will be delivering programs focusing on care, disability and nursing topics so experience in these fields are required.

The ideal candidate:

Cert IV in Disability services and/or Cert IV in Trainer and Assessor
Must have experience in the Disability or Nursing/Care industry
Experience facilitating workshops physically and virtually
Can design and implement new training programs
